All belts are sold as fully tooled. If you are querying about a partial or not tooled belt, please fill out the contact form. you will need to provide belt measurements. Measure from where a current belt buckle attaches (the base of the buckle prong) to the hole used the most. If you're measuring based on your waist, add two inches.
